You've done everything right. You still don't feel like yourself.

    The Ayu Method

Your labs are normal. Your doctor says you're fine. But you wake up exhausted, your digestion is unpredictable, and something feels fundamentally off — and has for a long time. The Ayu Method was built for exactly this — the grey zone between feeling terrible and getting a diagnosis.

Does any of this sound familiar?

If you nodded at more than two of these — you’re in the right place.

The missing piece isn’t effort. It’s personalization. Conventional medicine looks for disease — not imbalance. Generic wellness programs treat every body the same. Neither was designed to help you understand your specific body, your specific patterns, your specific triggers. Ayurveda starts with a different question: not ‘what’s wrong?’ but ‘who are you, and what does your body need?’ That question changes everything.

A note on modern medicine:
The Ayu Method works alongside whatever care you are already receiving — not instead of it. You don’t need to choose between your doctor and Ayurveda. This program gives you a foundation that makes everything else more effective.

I became an Ayurvedic practitioner because I needed one.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis — a terrifying moment for a Silicon Valley engineer and mother of two young boys, holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside. That same year I found my way back to my roots through Ayurveda and yoga. Within a couple of years I was standing at Changla Pass in India — 17,688 feet above sea level, one of the highest motorable passes in the world — completely alive and thriving. Ayurveda and yoga didn’t cure me. What they gave me was something no prescription ever could: the awareness to understand my own body, recognize my triggers, and never be blindsided by my own biology again. Conventional medicine gave me answers. Ayurveda gave me understanding. They are not opposites — they are partners. And that is exactly how I work with every client. .

Your Investment

$800

or 3 monthly payments of $300
spread across the same three months you are in the program. That is less than two specialist appointments — and you leave with a framework that is yours permanently.

I do not promise to fix you. No honest practitioner should. What I promise is that by month three you will understand your body in a way you do not right now. And if after our Discovery Call I do not genuinely believe I can offer you that — I will tell you.

Common questions

Do I need to stop seeing my doctor or change my current medications?

No — The Ayu Method is designed to work alongside your existing medical care, not replace it. I work with clients who have active diagnoses and current treatments. Ayurveda gives you a daily foundation that supports everything else you are doing.

Most programs are built for a generic body. The Ayu Method starts with understanding yours specifically — your constitution, your history, your life. The protocol you receive won’t look like anyone else’s. That’s the difference.

1:1 consultation is a great starting point if you’re not ready for a full program. We can explore your constitution and current imbalances in a single session and you’ll leave with clear next steps.

The Ayu Method works both in person and virtually — depending on where you are located.

If you are local to Encinitas, California, I recommend coming into my office for the initial VedaPulse pulse assessment. This is done with a specialized Ayurvedic device that gives us a detailed picture of your current imbalances — and it is most accurate when done in person.

If you are a remote client, all sessions are conducted online via video call. The intake process is equally thorough and the personalized protocol you receive is just as complete — the VedaPulse assessment is simply replaced with an in-depth Ayurvedic intake questionnaire and our conversation.

Either way — you receive a fully personalized program built specifically for your body.

The Discovery Call exists exactly for this question. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and if I don’t genuinely believe the Reset is right for you I’ll tell you — and point you toward what is.

Ready to finally understand your body?

The Discovery Call is free, 20 minutes, and completely without obligation. We talk, I listen, and we figure out together whether The Ayu Method is your next right step.

Not a sales call. A real conversation.

Because the best decision you make for your health should feel like a decision — not a transaction.
