Why a Fall Reset?

Fall is one of Ayurveda’s most powerful seasons for cleansing. After summer’s heat, irregular routines, and heavier foods, our bodies often feel heavy, sluggish, or out of balance. This transition — what Ayurveda calls Ritusandhi, the junction between seasons — is exactly when the body needs the most support.

This 9-day program moves you through three phases, so your system is never shocked — only guided:

  • Preparation (Days 1-3): Ease into warming foods and daily oil practices
  • Active Cleansing (Days 4-6): Digestive rest with warm, nourishing khichari
  • Reintroduction (Days 7-9): Rebuild digestion and lock in new habits

An Ayurvedic Fall Reset helps you:

  • Support the body’s natural process of releasing ama (metabolic waste) accumulated over summer
  • Kindle agni — your digestive fire — through warming, nourishing seasonal foods
  • Nourish your body with warming, grounding foods
  • Steady the nervous system through consistent daily rhythm and grounding practices
  • Build your body’s resilience as it moves into the colder season

What Makes This Fall Reset Different?

Unlike harsh or restrictive cleanses, this program is gentle, food-based, and genuinely doable in real life. You’ll be guided through simple Ayurvedic recipes, grounding daily practices, and lifestyle tips that help reset digestion — without deprivation.

By Day 9, you’ll finish:

  • Reacquainted with nourishing seasonal routines

  • Carrying 1–3 Ayurvedic daily practices that fit your real life

  • With a clearer sense of what your body needs as fall begins
